I am so proud of my boy, Keeper, and Shannon, his wonderful handler, and a huge thank you goes to Judge Bud Haverstock for his pick of the Best of the Best! What a feeling!

EKC show we took Best of Breed under Judge John Rowton, with Shannon handling again.

EKC show we took Best of Breed with Judge Dr. Alvin Krause again. Competition in the Group ring was very strong so we  did not get a ribbon today. Handled again by Shannon.

We went for the first time to a BMDCA National Specialty held in Portland Oregon. We took fourth out of 34 Open Males! How great is that! Handled by Danika Kraft. Thank you Breeder Judge David Denis for your acknowledgement.

We did it!! We took a Group 1st! In a large ring! How awesome! Expertly handled by Shannon. Our first time in the Best in Show ring. What an experience! Thank you Judge Judy Harrington!

Cold Lake Show we took a Group 2 under Judge Carol Graham. This was an exciting win against many top dogs in the ring. Thank you Carol Graham for the recognition!

Our second show at Cold Lake and another Group 2! Thank you Judge Merlin Van Der Knider! Always expertly handled by Shannon!

We took a Group 3 on Day 2 of Cold Lake. Thank you Judge Elaine Whitney for this win.

On the final day at Cold Lake, we take a Group 4. Way to go Keeper and Shannon! Thank you Judge Mel Saranchuk for this win.

Our last show for the season---three BOB's and a GROUP 4 from Dr. Alvin Krause! The competition was fierce with many Top Dogs in Canada and to be given this honor was so special! Thank you Dr. Krause and Shannon for an incredible year! This does it for Keeper---he is #2 BMD in Canada! Way to go Team Schaetzend!
